Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a Water heater with no hot water. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing reliance 40 gallon water heater located in garage closet enclosure. Pilot light was out. No t and p drain line to ground. Signs of corrosion on water heater connections. Will create estimates for install of new unit in existing location. Install new Rheem Water Heater, 40 gallon natural gas, with new water hook and gas hook up material. Tank has a manufacturer warranty against leaking for 6 years, the control parts have a one year warranty and we warranty our labor for one year. We will drain, remove and haul away existing water heater. Prep area for installation of water heater. Install new water heater with new water connections, new emergency gas valve and flex connector, gas drip leg and earthquake strapping. Included isolation valves for hot and cold water line. Fill and flush new unit, put in operation and test for leaks. Clean up and haul away all job related debri
