Ace Pelizon Plumbing will test 4 backflow devices onsite. Test forms to be submitted to San Gabriel water district by Ace Pelizon Plumbing. Found 8 inch Wilkins 375 backflow device leaking from relief valve. Was informed by maintenance on site that device was rebuilt within the last 2 years. Technician on site took measurements for replacement of device.
