Terrific service (from front line to plumbing staff) and reasonable price



I can sum up my very positive experience with Pelizon by saying: - terrific individuals to deal with on the phone - quick response to my situation - a knowledgeable, confident professional who quickly assessed the problem and solution - reasonable price (no upcharge) given they came the same day I finally said I really needed them Some details: - Terrific support team - The two individuals, Nancy and Lisa, I spoke with over a few days to set up the appointment were kind and patient, despite the fact it was me who went back and forth as to whether or not I needed the visit from Pelizon. Also, after understanding that I had a 20 year old water heater to deal with, Nancy noted she’d send a technician appropriately skilled to deal with older water heaters. - Details shared down the line from support team to technician – I had shared with Nancy I was trying to keep the water heater going 1 more year before a planned next year remodel. When Joe (the terrific plumber they sent) arrived, he said the notes he read reflected I was trying to preserve the heater for 1 more year. I appreciated that such details made it from the support team to the plumbers. - Same day visit despite my having initially cancelled the appointment, with no upcharge - The day after cancelling the scheduled appointment, because I thought the water heater was finally fixed, I called back to reschedule since I was still not getting hot water. Because they had a job nearby, they were able to send a plumber the same day. I appreciated they didn’t charge extra. Some might say, why should they, they were nearby anyways, but I’ve experienced similar same day situations from other vendors who have been nearby and they’ve upcharged. - Joe (plumber) was obviously skilled, knowledgeable – Sometimes you get a professional from whom you get a quick feel that they know they’re job well, and that’s how I felt about Joe. My (very trusted) contractor had used a plumber who missed something during a bathroom remodel that was causing the lack of hot water. My contractor thought he had it fixed but for 6 days no hot water. Joe immediately assessed that, in fact, the situation was mostly fixed, but that air and sediment remained in the lines that needed to be cleared. Once he did that, hot water!
