Ace Pelizon Plumbing will perform a sewer video inspection from a 4†ground level cleanout located in the rear of the home. Ace Pelizon Plumbing has performed a sewer video inspection of the main sewer line. This was performed from a 4†ground level one way ABS cleanout at the rear SW corner of the home. We video inspected the line from this access point to the city sewer connection on Alegria Ave. beginning at the ABS cleanout connection, the pipe material is clay all the way to the city sewer. The sewer line is overall in good condition for its age with very minor separations at some of the joints. There is one joint at 51 feet on the video where there is a single root strand dangling in the pipe. The joint does not show any evidence of broken pipe and no severe root intrusion is evident throughout. The section of the line from the cleanout to approximately 15 feet is laying flat therefore constantly holding water. Overall condition of the pipe is good. No repairs r
