Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 40 gallon Bradford white water heater located in garage with no flame going to pilot upon attempt to light. Heater is over 10 years old. Tech does not recommend or warehouse rebuild of this water heater but will preset options to customer to correct issue. Install new Rheem pro series Water Heater, 40 gallon natural gas, with all new water and gas hook up material. Tank has a manufacturer warranty against leaking for 6 years, the control parts have a one year warranty and we warranty our labor for one year. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut the water off to the house. We will drain, remove and haul away existing water heater. Install new pressure expansion tank to protect your new water heater. We will also install a new emergency gas shut off valve with drip leg. Prep area for installation of water heater with new drain pan under the water heater. Install new water
