Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a pop up assembly not working and toilet not filling constantly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found kohler toilet with piston flush valve and stuck fill valve. Shut off valve for toilet is multi turn and shows sign of exterior aging but does turn off. Pop up assembly ball for Hans Grohe faucet in master bathroom has rotted off. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove existing pop up arm and replace with new arm and nut. Will test for proper fit and function. Ace Pelizon plumbing will rebuild toilet with new fill valve, 3 inch piston flush valve ring and supply line. Will present with option to replace shut off bake at this time. Customer declined shut off valve replacement. Restored water to fixture and verified flush and function. No leaks at this time.
