Provide and install new 2 ton 45,000 btu furnace and evaporator coil in closet of townhome. Remove the existing furnace and coil from the closet and prep platform for new the system to be installed. Tape and seal all joints and seams in closet pertaining to work area. New furnace to be mounted on a filter base and new pleated air filter to be installed. Connection to existing gas line and condensate drains. Will clear the drain with nitrogen to ensure unit drains properly. Included in pricing. New filter base, filter, removal of existing equipment from jobsite. Not included in price. City fees, permits and duct testing. If permits are required fees would apply to cost of estimate. 1 year labor and workmanship and manufacturers warranty of 10 years on the furnace and coil
Upon inspection of ac unit found unit to be flat on charge. Purged unit and found no leaks on the rooftop of home. Evaporator coil is where the suspected leak is at. Evaporator coil is existing and not covered under the installation warranty for the new condenser. Recommend replacing the evaporator coil in closet due age and possible leak in coil.
Upon inspection of heater found unit to be shutting down on a no flame safety. Inspected the flame sensor and found to have an oxidation build up on sensing rod. Took the flame sensor out of the 7nitband cleaned with sand cloth. Installed the flame sensor back into the furnace and tested unit. Found heater to be working normal at this time. 30 day labor warranty.
Upon arrival customer wanted venting installed in water heater room, due to a closed off laundry room, made customer aware we do not do drywall or stucco, and to have a contractor install 6 by 12 vents above and below his windows. No charge. No work completed.
