Provide and install new 2 ton 45,000 btu furnace and evaporator coil in closet of townhome. Remove the existing furnace and coil from the closet and prep platform for new the system to be installed. Tape and seal all joints and seams in closet pertaining to work area. New furnace to be mounted on a filter base and new pleated air filter to be installed. Connection to existing gas line and condensate drains. Will clear the drain with nitrogen to ensure unit drains properly. Included in pricing. New filter base, filter, removal of existing equipment from jobsite. Not included in price. City fees, permits and duct testing.
