Called out to Lake Elsinore Ca, for multiple leaking toilets, upon inspection found full valves and flappers were allowing water to constantly run. Recommended to do complete toilet rebuilds. Installed new 1/4 turn shut off valve, supply line, fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank to bowl kit and handle. Tested all working properly. Toilets now work and flush properly.
