American Plumbing Service was called out to Menifee, Ca for a water heater now working, advised due to age of water being 19 years old we recommend to replace unit. Removed existing faulty AO Smith water heater and replaced with new Bradford White water heater with new thermal expansion tank, sediment trap, pan, gas flex line and hot and cold water flex lines.
