My fiancée and I just bought a house and immediately started running into problems with the plumbing. Mike came out and handled the issue very professionally without adding a hub cc of extra time into the equation (it was late at night and we appreciated it. Then I found additional issues with our gas line and some other fixtures. Mike came out to us as his first call. He found MULTIPLE leaks in the gas line which he documented and then handled and tested to make sure everything was good and safe. Again, he was professional, easy to work with and got it done without adding a bunch of extra time. If you need a plumbing job done right, you won’t go wrong with calling Apex and Mike will get you taken care of. GREATLY appreciated.

I had multiple leaks in the drain plumbing of my free standing master bath tub. I called to make an appointment and Apex was able to send out a plumber, Zack, in just a few hours. There was no cost or commitment for the initial visit. Zack called when he was in route to verify his arrival time. He listened carefully as I identified the issues and explained his detailed plan to make the fixes. He provided the quote before proceeding, which was approved. Since specialized parts needed be purchased we made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived, a little ahead of time, with the parts and promptly performed the repairs, including a leak test. Looked at tankless heater, gave estimate to replace unit with one that is like the one they have per their request. Unit is Rinnai rre160in. Mike stated that he is going to be replacing in the next 2 weeks he just wants to do some research on the unit. Let him know I’ll follow up tomorrow

Coordinate with condo for a shutdown in water Request permit from city Shut building down and drain condo building. We will then remove old water heater from property Open up wall where condo shut off valve is located and gain access to valve. Replace valve with new quarter turn valve. Replace hot water heater valve Once valves are replaced we will turn water back on to building and check for leaks. We will supply and install new commercial grade AO Smith 30 gallon low water heater. We will remove and install 4 new quarter turn angle stops We will remove 2 old lavatory faucets and install 2 new customer supplied faucets. Have city come inspect water heater We don’t fix any drywall.
