I had multiple leaks in the drain plumbing of my free standing master bath tub. I called to make an appointment and Apex was able to send out a plumber, Zack, in just a few hours. There was no cost or commitment for the initial visit. Zack called when he was in route to verify his arrival time. He listened carefully as I identified the issues and explained his detailed plan to make the fixes. He provided the quote before proceeding, which was approved. Since specialized parts needed be purchased we made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived, a little ahead of time, with the parts and promptly performed the repairs, including a leak test.
