Estimate: - Will cut concrete over tub drain - Will dig up and cut out existing cast iron p-trap - Will install 1 1/2” PVC p-trap in its place - Will connect to cast iron with no-hub band - Will stub up p-trap riser in proper location for prefab base - Will shut off water to house - Will cut copper below existing valve and remove from shower - Will install Moen shower valve with diverter in it’s place - Will hook up to existing copper water lines - Will install shower head riser and diverted line for rain head - Will cut drywall ceiling for rain head installation - Will strap lines to studs in stub out in proper locations - Will turn water on to house and test - Will not repair drywall - Will install customer supplied toilet - Will set toilet with new wax ring, flange bolts, and supply line - Will test to show working condition - Will caulk bottom edges *Flange is old cast iron. If it breaks during installation, chsnge order will be applied for repair or replacement
