We will have to trace the pipes going from the softener into the ground, rake the rocks to the side, dig a hole next to the pipes and see where they come up into the wall. We will Patch the block wall when we are all done. Hose broke off inside of the wall. We will need to open up the wall, big enough for us to get to the pipe repair it and run back out the wall, attach it to a hose bib and patch the wall back up..
Did camera evaluation located old drain lines underneath foundation of home customer has mixture of old cast-iron and schedule 40 PVC piping first bathroom has old cast-iron pipes Recommending cutting floors and removing old cast-iron pipe and install installing new schedule 40 PVC piping for drain lines for hall bath with new shower drain new toilet drain and new sink drain and replacing cast iron vent stack also running a new PVC line over to where existing kitchen sink. Customer is thinking about maybe relocating kitchen. If customer decides to relocate kitchen will have to give him a separate estimate by the foot depending on where he decides to put his new kitchen, if customer decides to keep kitchen sink Where it is price will stay the same. The main sewer line in the front yard is bellied and holding water in 2 different sections. Recommend replacing 20 foot section of main line. 30 feet from cleanout to city connection. 33 feet to 38 feet from cleanout is bellied and holding water. 43 feet to about 46 feet is bellied and holding water as well. Dig up main line in front yard and cut out 20 foot section. Replace with schedule 40 pvc. Permitting and inspection. 5 year warranty on our work. 3 year warranty on section of pipe under house that was hydro scrubbed.
I have to remove old element and replace it with customer supplied element I have to remove with a special tool then replace and re hook wiring up
Couldn't find a cleanout. Cable through roof vent. Line is backed up so bad that the cable couldn't push it out. Recommend hydrojetting the line and running camera again. There is a cleanout but it is underneath the edge of the concrete on the side patio. We would have to remove a section of concrete to access cleanout. Pull toilet in bathroom and run cable to cleanout. Pull jetter back to toilet line and jet to cleanout. If line backs up again before work is performed we will cable once for free.
The house has 2 backflow preventers and 1 needs to be replaced. 3 year warranty and we will certify it after work is complete.
