My water heater wore out mid morning. Called to see how quickly it could be replaced. I had a new water heater the same day! Customer service was polite, service was great - Mike M. did the installation. Very professional. Based on today's experience I would contact them again. Very pleased overall - same day service was very much appreciated - and the pricing is very fair. I was given several options to chose from with no pressure.
