Late at night my water heater decided it had enough. Big loud boom. Water everywhere. I shut off the water part but couldn't figure out the heat part. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ended up talking to Sergei (tech) and he helped me find the gas valve. Next day he was there to change out my deceased water heater. He was extremely professional and it was such a delight to work with him. Considering the situation, it ended up being quite pleasant and I now have a new water heater. He even labeled all the levers for me so I knew which did what. How sweet is that?! The pricing was also lower than I thought it was going to be. Bonus!!!
