John was a great technician. He was at my house for 4 hours to ensure my new water heater was installed properly. He used the utmost care and took time to clean the area he was working in. My only compliant is I felt the all in price was a bit overpriced. I paid $2,380 for a new water heater, install, tax, haul-away etc. I feel like if I had the chance to shop around it would have been cheaper.
