Mr. Timoshenko is unquestionably a skilled professional. Beginning with his polished appearance, his assessment of the plumbing problem which he discussed with me prior to starting work on it, his obvious respect of my home environment, and the efficiency he demonstrated as he fixed my problem. He arrived on time and exhibited excellent skill. He also left the area in which he was working as tidy as he found it. He was a nice man and very interesting to talk to as well.
