It's been my experience that you either get good customer service, or no customer service. Not only did I get excellent customer service, he was open to questions about things going on in my home which ultimately led to an additional sale of a toilet and additional service provided. He was not pushy like most sales/service individuals, but informative and sales savvy. Definitely will look to have him as a future serviceman to our residence! Thank you!!
