Left my husband in charge. You totally took advantage of his inexperience dealing with service and pricing. A good nature type person did not respond to pricing and purchasing drain cleaner that does not work . Not to mention plumber having to see pipes in basement which no one else has ever done before starting work . Which resulted in my husband falling , which could have been very serious. When i made appointment I asked if price would be around $200. And she assured me it probably would as in the past. I will never deal with your company again and please come and pick up drain cleaner .
