I received great service from Joe. He's VERY knowledgeable about cleaning sewers and explained very thoroughly why water jetting the roots out of the sewer is a better deal than the old standard way of cleaning sewers. I found the camera inspection very interesting to actually see what is going on down in my sewer. Joe pointed out the breaks in the pipes, etc. I saw the before and after camera shots and feel that the water jetting is the way to go for cleaning a sewer of tree roots. Completely cleaned out!!! Overall, very satisfied.
