The guy looked in my toilet tank and said I need a new toilet. Then went to my basement and started telling me all about my furnace problems. I have not and do not have any furnace issues. I called about flushing problems. No need to even have gone downstairs. Also, wanted to use free service call coupon which was not honored because I did not get any work done. My toilet flushes and fills just fine. The issue is lack of drainage to sewer.
