Our water heater that we got from Benjamin Franklin in 2009 was leaking and only getting worse. Charlie came out to inspect the situation and recommended we get a new water heater since when they leak, they are virtually not savable. We had an extended warranty from BF and Charlie worked with them to make sure our warranty was honored, which saved us a lot of money and headache. Charlie was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was properly set up for the new install the following morning. He took pictures before he left so he would be more prepared when coming in the morning. Even though he said it would take 3-4 hours to install, it only took 2.5 hours. Charlie made sure that everything was done 100% correct and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about maintaining our new system for the future. The whole process was very easy and seamless from beginning to end, thanks to Charlie. I absolutely couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service and small touches that made the experience of getting a new water heater as easy and worry-free as possible.
