We called Cape on a Sunday after our hot water heater died. They came right away and gave us options. We decided to go high end with the Steibel tankless system. We were told it requires an electrical upgrade. When our electrician came, we were told that we didn't have the necessary amps for the tankless. That was just hours before Cape was to come and install. I called Cape. They said, No Problem; they brought a replacement tank system - right on time and with no fuss or extra charge.
