We had Bo come out to assist us with a leak in our house, and man was a genuinely an awesome guy! He was polite, new what he was talking about, determined to help us in any way he could, and was determined to find and fix our problem. We just moved into our home in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday. Friday evening a toilet was leaking and we shut off the valve. Neighbors recommended Cape Plumbing and we called (as former NYers we did not expect anyone to answer the phone). We spoke with George and he scheduled us for the same day between 3-5 pm ( not possible!). Robert Ratliff called twice with updates from the road ( no way, we said).. He was a total professional plumber with a personality to match. He repaired the leak and we wanted him to move in with us but he gently rejected the offer.

This was my third experience using Cape plumbing, each time they have been extremely attentive, knowledgable, and helpful. In all three instances Cape plumbing was able to fix the problems with thorough efficiency. I had jobs that OTHER plumbers looked at and quoted me literally over a THOUSAND dollars more to complete. Cape plumbing came in, where very direct and honest, didn't ever try to drag work out or include useless extras. Just great, honest work. Bo especially has been great to work with, going out of his way to meet and help get problems solved without wasting money.
