Coast Plumbing Solutions will be replacing the control board for the customers Amerec steam shower unit. The existing control board is a KT-60 and will need to be replaced to be the unit being broken and pushed into the shower wall. The new unit will need to be ordered from the Amerec manufacturer and will not be able to be returned once received by Coast Plumbing Solutions. The Amerec technical support has suggested that the broken control board be replaced with the newer style KT-3 control board before replacing the main unit located in the customers attic. This estimate does not include the replacement of the upstairs main unit. If the new KT-3 control board does not resolve the issue, CPS will give the customer a secondary estimate to replace the main unit in the customers attic.
