I had a previous leak that was repaired by another technician. Thereafter, I developed some damage to adjacent floor. This technician came out, diagnosed the problem and tighten some pipes. Hopefully this completely eliminate the problem to prevent any further damage to my floor. Technician was polite And knowledgeable.
