Dan didn't have a clue what he was doing with the shower valve. Even the simple cartridge replacements on the sink handles had to be redone 3 times. After his second trip to the house and my ordering more parts, I ask for someone else. Office insisted he could finish it. Well, third try still he couldn't. I insisted on someone else more experienced. 4TH appointment a different plumber was able to resolve the problems. I would have Dan in my house again to do anything plumbing related. A lot of wasted time and aggravation for me....
