The camering of the sewer line was just as I had asked for, but our plumbing technician did not know exactly what our being on the Platinum plan entailed--tagging and inspecting. We concurrently had your furnace technician at the house, so he did the tagging. I think the furnace technician checked the hot water heater as well. In the plumbing technician's defense, he was at the end of a day that had begun at 5 AM because of heavy rainfall in your service area.
