Though I ultimately didn't need any service done, Duane Blanton Family Home Services will most definitely be getting some business down the road when I do. It's rare in this day and age that someone comes into your house and doesn't attempt to take you for as much as possible. But that's exactly the scenario that occurred to my surprise! Robert Bailey was the most informative and honest plumber I've come across since purchasing my home. He answered every question in terms I could understand and had no issue relaying his own personal opinions on the matter; as well as others. That's nearly unheard of when calling upon a company to do a service you know absolutely nothing about. I'm now 100 percent informed about my situation and know what to do with it when the time arrives. Thanks Robert, you're a plumbing All-Star!
