My install was scheduled between 9-11am. Tech arrived at 11:45. Not a huge deal, I understand things can happen to make them late. When bringing water heater up the stairs it got damaged, it was not in a box. Tech had to go get another heater. another hour delay. Another tech joined him this time. There were other issues during the install that caused more delays. Job was not completed until after 3:30. The room where the install was done was left a mess. I asked if they were leaving it for me to clean up. He did offer to use my broom and sweep. I told him I would take care of it. The floor needed more than a sweep, it was pretty disgusting. The techs seemed like nice guys I just can't say that I had complete confidence in the work that was being done.
