I called Indra for a plugged kitchen drain he arrived in a couple of hours which was very impressive. Not only did he unplug my drain, he redid the actual plumbing under the sink which was done incorrectly by previous contractor. Had no issue with technician who came. He explained everything so I could understand what the issue was and how it was a temporary fix to snake for the clog. The issue I have with the company is that the price the technician told me was $100 more than what is was quoted over the phone. On phone I was told $200 to $280. The technician told me $280 to $380 before he got started. I was not in a position to say no and had to go with current fix due to sink not working.
