When i went down to my basement around 1pm, i notice there is a small flooding. My ejector pump stopped working. Came across Family rooter online. I called around 2pm and got a schedule between 4-6pm. Tim arrived 5pm, and finished replacing my old ejector pump by 6pm. One of the best if not the best costumer service i’ve experienced in a while.
