Cut out frozen 2" Ball Valve in ceiling area in back storage area. Replace with new 2" Pro-press Ball Valve and 2" coupling. Provide scissors lift. Open wall behind women's handicap commode. Remove flush valve. Made repair on 1" cold water feed to flush valve. Reset toilet and reinstall flush valve. Inspect for leaks.
