We had a mystery leak coming from our furnace. Jeff Lowes sent technicians three times but the problem continued, and then they sent Jon Jameson. He sent up a camera to check the vent and decided that putting a drain on the vent pipe might solve the problem. What impressed me was Jon’s way of explaining what and why he was doing to fix the problem. Overall the problem was stressful but so far the mystery leak has not returned. If you need service from Lowe's I recommend that you request Jon Jameson. I would like to see Lowe's have some way to have emergency services more available.
