Paul was prompt, respectful, informative and is obviously an expert with HVAC. The average rating with respect to convenience is not about the tech but more about the office. It took me three calls to schedule the work. It finally got scheduled when I spoke to Heather who put me in touch with Bud. The two calls prior to that were fruitless as I spoke to someone else.
