Braden and Kyle met Scott the homeowner at his property. We discussed a few things about his no water issue. Scott’s main focus was to just get water up and running. We found the pressure switch to have failed and the motor to have failed in the pump. We gave Scott many options to resolve his issue. While we were working we found that the well tank may be defective. Water Pressure is leaking into the tank. The tank may have a pinhole inside the bladder. When water is off and drained out, we are getting 60 psi in the tank overtime. This is a sign of a bladder tank with a pinhole. We are going to have to eventually replace this well tank. Scott said he would like to leave it for now. We sent him quotes on bettering his well system. We let Scott know it is best to replace the tank them add a relief valve with low point drain to properly service his well equipment.
