- Warranty the current tank for you by the manufacture. - We will have to process warranty with State in person. We will handle all warranty info directly. - We will make the necessary upgrade to the tank venting to prevent condensation from destroying the blower motor. - Mount the expansion tank properly to about the plastic pipe for the home. This will prevent the pipe from pulling out and breaking overtime. The current plastic pipe for the water heater seems to be separating but not leaking. This will include a new expansion tank. - We will provide a 1 year warranty on our install that is transferable to the new home owners. We will not cover anything happening to the tank itself. - Install a new outside faucet for the backyard. - Have no worries for the summer coming up. - 1 Year warranty on our install.
