Upon arrival Brigham told Nick of a few issues with the master bed bath and the half bath in hall first floor. Brigham said he installed a bidet and the valve would leave after installed. Also that the toilets was not flushing properly. Nick check the two toilet and at this time no issues. Nick did offer options to replace one toilet and rebuild another and Brigham went with just replacing the leaking valve as they are selling the home soon. Nick Replaced angle stop in master bed bath.
