Braden came out and met Larry. We also met Kelsey when she got home. Larry was interested in redoing his mechanical room to gain some space for a water softener. He was interested in a tankless water heater as well for the room. He does have gas but we let him know that he would have to make some upgrades in order to meet demands for a tankless water heater. We would also have to add some electric for the unit. Larry felt as if that was too much for the work for a tankless to be accomplished. For cost affective reasons we recommend to stick with an electric water heating system. The current tank water heater is 10 years old and is a 50 gallon tank that needs an expansion tank. We would have to pull out the washer and dryer in order to work on this water heater or to pull a new water line in for a water softener. We recommend to have a water softener installed and a new water heater installed. We see this as the best investment for Larry and he said he understand and agrees. We did a cr
