Braden and Taylor came out in order to restore water needs back to Jim’s house. Jim was gone in Florida so we communicated through phone. We found some improper wiring so we recommend to trouble shoot that first. We eventually found out that the pump had failed. Due to the home being on geothermal and using a lot of water we recommend a variable speed drive system to his well. Jim agreed to have this system installed to better his high water usage experience at his home. We finished all work same day. Jim let us know to bill him like usual. We met the cleaner Michelle, so she could lock up. We let Jim know that we chlorinated his well system to pr3vent any containments. We bled the water lines out for 30 min. We recommend to run the water in 30 min intervals until the chlorine smell is not present in the water anymore before regular house hold use or consumption.
