Alex installed a brand new model 17 hose bib. The old hose bib that had a damaged handle and stem was removed and replaced with a brand new professional grade hose bib. Work was performed and the water was turned back on once the new hose bib was installed. It was explained to Mark that the silicone used on the new hose bib goes on white and dries clear overtime.
