Janie called us out for some concerns with her water heater that was put in we made some recommendations as far as the electrical upgrades needed, the fresh air for the unit, having its own condensate pump, the gas line, and water treatment. We also found that the kitchen faucet on the hot side is very poor and the garbage disposal is jammed up. Janie wanted us to do the top option and schedule same day as when an electrician can come out to install a dedicated breaker for our water heater. We will need a dedicated double receptacle for the water heater and a condensate pump.
