Upon arrival Matt told Nick that he had an annual inspection through his Spartan shield membership. And that one of the findings was a water heater needed. Alex H. Was out for the inspection and gave Matt multiple options for 40 gallon water heaters. Matt called Spartan back and wanted an estimate for a tankless water heater to be installed. Nick gave multiple options to Matt one included the tankless Matt asked the benefits of both tankless and tank water heaters. Matt would like to discuss these options with his wife.
