Jamie arrived at Celita home for a backed up toilet on Monday upon arrival Celita stated to Jamie the upstairs toilet wasn’t draining and had backed up. Jamie performed a evaluation of drain system. Jamie provided multiple options to get toilet open and flow with options to pull and reset toilet Celita agreed to option D but she was unable to pay till Wednesday. Jamie came back out to Celita on Wednesday to auger toilet. Jamie angered toilet twice and tested four time twice with paper and twice with out toilet is flushing . Jamie highly recommends Celita to set appointment when she is ready to have a plumber come and replace toilet Celita will call in when she has the funds to do so. 1 week warranty on toilet auger if toilet backed up with in the week a new toilet is recommended.
