Superior Service

Spartan was ahead of schedule and called to see if Aaron could come two hours early. When he arrived he presented himself in a professional and caring manner. He fully explained why I was possibly smelling odors from my bathroom sinks. After a thorough inspection he determined it was not a drain or vent issue but more likely a water filtration problem. I contacted my water conditioning company, Muir’s and Aaron spoke with their technician and they were able to share their professional opinions with each other. Aaron did not perform ANY unnecessary procedures and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before leaving. This was my first time using Spartan. I will definitely use them without hesitation for any future plumbing issues.

Informative, helpful, awesome job!

Ben answered all of our questions and was very informative about the type of plumbing we had and how to maintain it. He seemed to really love doing his job! He was safe, fixed the pinhole pipe burst quickly and without any troubles, and is definitely an asset to his company! Provided excellent service. After talking to Christina she stated her son had tried to fix the leaking valve with no leak. I found the the valve was a moen With a bad cartridge 1225 I talked to her an said said she would like it replaced I turned the water off at the meter an pulled the cartridge. Jamie arrived at Hillary’s home for a mainline back up upon arrival Hillary stated she tried to get drain open her self and was unsuccessful. Prior to Jamie’s arrival Jason spoke with Hillary regarding the mainline and Hillary agreed to our 93.00 attempt to get drain open. Jamie ran 300 machine approximately 50 feet and was able to get water to drain out so Jason could inspect drain. Drain needs repairs to it. No warranty on the drain attempt

Braden followed up with Chris and Kasey. We discussed their feedback and options. We narrowed it down the to the upgraded filtration option. We got them approved for GoodLeap’s monthly option. Technician Andrew Mannis met with client Andrew Ross in regards to compromised pressure reducing valve located in basement. Upon arrival Andrew took me to the basement and addressed his concern with the pressure reducing valve allowing cpvc piping throughout home to violently shake which had Andrew concerned and this type of work is beyond Andrews qualifications and wanted it done properly. Provided Andrew with options to replace pressure reducing valve with full port shut off valve along with dual check valve per city code requirements and offered to replace his thermal expansion tank. Andrew is a welder in the military and is very handy and Recently replaced thermal expansion tank on his water heater and did his own work on his own water heater explain the importance of a calibrated system with air pressure being introduced into the thermal expansion tank balancing out the incoming water pressure in the home this was all done and completed today Andrew selected our option A which is

After talking with Daniel. He showed me the small hole in the ceiling an the bottom of the steps. I felt up in to the hole an found that is the bottom of the trap for the shower. I went up into the master bath an found cracked caulk around the shower base. I then checked the drain an found nothing that looked out of the normal. I ran the shower for about 5 min an there was no leak every thing was dry. I filled the shower pan up then pilled the plug an still no leak. Daniel did say that it only leaked once an hasn’t done it since. I questioned him some more an found that the night it leaked his wife/girlfriend was rinsing down the shower with everything I have put together I think it may be water getting around the shower pan an leaking thru that way. I have given estimates to replace the old shower an valve and a few others estimates.

Braden was out and met Chris and talked his wife Kasey. They were interested in a water softener to be installed. They are getting fixtures and toilets are getting scaled up. They are currently moving into this newly built home. We recommended to also add a carbon filter onto their system due to having city water which contains higher chlorine levels. We gave them many options for their needs ands wants. We let them know that we would have to install a dedicated water line to the unit from the meter. Chris a Kasey said that they do like what we have but want to look at their finances to narrow down a decision. Chris said he would like a follow up call on Wednesday around lunch time. Kyle z. After I ran the door bell I introduced my self to gloria an checked my van was parked in a place of her liking. I put on my booties an was shown to the bathroom. she stated that when she tried to turn off the shower faucet it would continue to drip an would not stop. After inspection I found that the moen cartridge had bad seals an needed to be replaced. Gloria said she was bouncing around the idea of having a walk in shower installed. I told her I would check in to that for her an I have included a estimate to only install a shower base an new valve. Alex was called out to do an annual inspection for bilal, On arrival both bathrooms, the water heater, laundry room, and kitchen we’re all inspected. It was found that the only thing of concern inside of the house is a shut off valve under the sink that has the handle broken off of it. Besides that, everything looks healthy and in great shape !

Technician Mike responded to a call concerning a tankless water heater not providing hot water. Upon arrival Mike met Srinivas who directed him to the back of the kitchen where the existing Noritz tankless water heater is. First looking at the unit you can see the digital panel flashing error code 51 indicates a problem with the gas solenoid. Mike then presented an extended diagnosis option to Srinivas to contact tech support and evaluate the system. He agreed. Mike then contacted Noritz tech support. They had Mike remove the front plate of the unit, and the metal plate in front of the manifold. They then had Mike run through a series of numbers on the digital panel. Mike also sent multiple pictures to them as well. Noritz said there is less than a year left of the warranty and they will be shipping repair parts to the restaurant. The repair parts consist of the heat exchanger, thermal fuse, manifold, burner, ignition rods, and igniter. Mike then put both plates back on the unit an
