Jamie arrived at Hillary’s home for a mainline back up upon arrival Hillary stated she tried to get drain open her self and was unsuccessful. Prior to Jamie’s arrival Jason spoke with Hillary regarding the mainline and Hillary agreed to our 93.00 attempt to get drain open. Jamie ran 300 machine approximately 50 feet and was able to get water to drain out so Jason could inspect drain. Drain needs repairs to it. No warranty on the drain attempt
