Alex was called out to inspect a suspicion of a leaking toilet into the basement, upon arrival it was found that the toilet was slowly dripping from upstairs into the basement. A price was given out to pull and reset the wax ring on the toilet and replace with a brand new wax ring and new Johnny bolts. The price was agreed on and work was begun. Once all work was done there was no leaks coming from the toilet and everything is looking good!
