Alex was called back out due to a leaking toilet, upon arrival it was found that the toilet that had been pulled and reset was leaking once again. The toilet was once again pulled. It was determined that the toilet flange was unlevel and was not reliable. We’re given out to replace the toilet arm as well as the toilet flange. The price was agreed on and the work was begun. The pipe was began to be cut out, when the flange was pulled out it was noticed by Alex that the subfloor underneath the flange was rotted and no longer sturdy enough to mount a flange to. It was discussed with the customer to have technician Mike come out the next day to assess the compromised subfloor. Alex was able to run a part of the piping agreed-upon, including the sink drain. But not the toilet flange. 2/28/23 Alex installed the brand new toilet flange to perfection. The toilet flange is perfectly level, and everything is working great now! Toilet was flushed some odd 10 times to ensure no leaks or any prob
