Mr kindred Contacted Spartan plumbing in regards to hose connection at his fauce at left side of home not able to be removed upon further evaluation found that his Faucet has been compromised and is leaking client chose to repair this unit with new. One year parts and labor warranty is included with today’s install but cannot be responsible for hose faucet freeze up if hose is connected client is aware. Further evaluation of home determined that tankless water heater is a Takagi unit by A.O. Smith and is highly recommended to be replaced. Client would like to set up an appointment for me to return and flush unit only as preventative maintenance. Water pressure today is at 65 psi and Home does not have a thermal expansion tank on the tankless water heater system.
